    • Chronic disease monitoring for Diabetes, HTN, CVD, epilepsy, asthma ,COPD etc – you will be called in at least annually for review by the Nurse

    • Care for terminally ill patients – GPs, Nurses, Community Nurses

    • Minor injuries – GPs and Nurses

    • Cervical smears - book with the Nurse when you get your reminder

    • NHS vaccinations & immunisations – Nurses and Health Visitors

    • Child Health surveillance – GPs and Health Visitors

    • Maternity services – GPs and midwives. Book to see the Midwife when you find out you’re pregnant

    • Drug Monitoring for warfarin and disease modifying drugs – Nurses, GPs

    • Minor Surgery –  GP specialist clinics held for minor surgery at the practice 

    • Psychological Therapist – We have a Psychological Therapist based at the surgery 1 day each week. Please see a GP to discuss referral

    • First Contact Physio - we have a Physiotherapist attached to the practice, if your problem would be best dealt with by them - we will let you now and arrange for the physic to contact you. 

    • Link Worker - We have a Link Worker attached to the practice - they look at non-medical solutions to issues you may be experiencing such as social isolation, bereavement, depression, stress and anxiety, alcohol and other addictions, housing and homelessness, benefits and finance, physical activity and weight management, sexual abuse and relationships Please see a GP to discuss referral
